Any items on this site are normally available for callers to our garden centre where a wide range of Garden Sundries and seasonal items are also available. New customers are requested to remit cash with order, or furnish satisfactory references.
Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice.
Interest and collecting costs will be charged on overdue accounts.
Settlement of accounts can be made by cheques payable to Everton Nurseries Ltd, or by Delta and Switch debit cards.
Access Mastercard and Visa cards are also accepted, but not for settlement of accounts.

DUE TO THE INCREASING COST OF ADMINISTRATION WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADD A BOOKING FEE WHERE GOODS ARE COLLECTED OR DELIVERED WITHOUT PAYMENT.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery/collection but the title to the goods shall remain with Everton Nurseries Ltd. until payment has been made in full.

DELIVERY
Within 10 miles Road Distance of Everton Nurseries, delivery is free on orders value £20 and over. Smaller orders will be liable to a delivery charge of £2.00.
From 10 miles to 25 miles Road Distance a charge is made of 10p per £ value of order with a minimum charge of £3.00.
From 25 to 50 miles Road Distance a charge is made of 25p per £ value of order with a minimum charge of £5.00.
For larger orders over £100.00 value and distances up to 120 miles, we will be pleased to quote a delivery charge.
We endeavour to deliver using our own transport and to keep the costs as low as possible by combining orders for similar areas.

POSTAGE & PACKING
For small consignments which can be packed into parcels acceptable to the Post Office, the charge will be 50p per £ order value, minimum charge £5.50.
For larger and heavier consignments despatch by carrier can be arranged. The charge will be 35p per £ order value, minimum charge £11.00
For orders in excess of £100.00 value we will be pleased to provide a quotation for carriage. If despatched by carrier it is advisable to sign for all consignments as "unexamined" - any damage or loss being reported to the carrier within 3 days.
When orders are despatched by Sea or Air transport - carriage, packing and all other disbursements will be charged at cost.

COLLECTION OF ORDERS
Most of our range of container grown trees and shrubs is available in our garden centre for collection at any time. For substantial orders and those which involve lifting from open ground, upon reasonable notice being given we endeavour to make these ready for collection to suit customer's convenience.

TIME OF DELIVERY
We try to meet customer's wishes in respect of delivery or despatch but during peak seasons in autumn and spring, some delays may be unavoidable.
As far as possible, orders will be treated in the sequence in which they were received.

GUARANTEE
We guarantee to supply strong, inherently healthy stock, true to name, but we cannot accept responsibility for loss, productivity, or growth; subsequent weather and cultural conditions being beyond our control. We are always interested in results and pleased to tender advice. Any cause for complaint must be notified to us immediately upon receipt of the goods.

ORDERS are only accepted on the stated terms and all items offered are subject to remaining unsold or unreserved upon receipt of order, or procurable through our usual trade channels.

PRICES are kept as low as is economically possible compatible with good sound nursery stock of size and quality that will give the best possible results under fair condition. Should price increases become necessary customers will be notified before our acceptance of orders. We offer reductions for quantity.

PLANTING
All stock which is lifted from the nursery will be packed to allow a few days before planting. If planting has to be postponed, it is advisable to lay the roots into the ground and water if dry. In the case of hard frost, loosen bundles, keep roots intact and place in a shed or sheltered position and cover with straw or other protective material. It is regretted that we do not undertake any garden construction, planting or upkeep.

RESERVATION OF FIELD GROWN STOCK
Our nursery staff will select the best available stock when lifting. Because our Trees and Conifers are spread over a wide area, should customers wish to reserve specific items, a reservation fee of £1.00 per item will be applied towards the extra costs involved, with a minimum charge £3.00 per order.
